This is one of my favorite verses in the Bible and I love reading and learning and gaining a better understanding of what it means !!

2 Corinthians 10:5 (NASB) "We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ,"

 

May 14, 2014. Don't let discouragement set itself up inside you. It is inevitable that discouraging thoughts will come. Satan and his demons see to that. But you can do something about them setting a nest in your mind. Take all of the negative, disgruntled, restless, disappointing thoughts captive. Then cast them away from you as far as the east is from the west. I have given you that authority. Use it. Don't let a single one hide. Don't entertain the thought that they may come back. Beloved, entertaining that thought gives them an open door to return.
